“It was a year ago today that you came into our lives and began the difficult job of making Michelle whole again. It was a long road, and you were with us the entire time. We will never ever forget what you did for us. And will always be indebted for what you did. We sit back and reflect on the set of circumstances that led you to being our doctor on that fateful day and we can't help but feel some higher power intervened.”
